カイジ（槐耳）はサルノコシカケ科のキノコの一種である。槐蛾、槐栓菌ともいう。学名Trametes robiniophila Murr.です。
中国では、カイジ菌糸体エキスを利用して開発した国家級一類抗がん新薬カイジ（槐耳）顆粒、登録商標金克です。中国及び海外での英字論文はカイジ（槐耳）顆粒に対し、一般表記Huaier,jinkeですが、Huaierは槐耳の中国語の発音で、Jinkeは金克中国語の発音です。カイジは槐耳の日本語読み方で、中国での薬登録番号Z-20000109（State Drug Administration License of China No Z-20000109）です、カイジは多数の臨床論文が発表されています。
カイジ（槐耳）については、中国のみならず、日本、米国等でも多数の研究論文が発表されています。
